(i) After the February Revolution a Provisional Government was formed. The head of this government was Kerenskii. This government collapsed because of its unpopularity.

(ii) On November 1917, an all Russian Congress of Soviet took full political power. This event is known as the October Revolution. The corresponding date of the old Russian Calendar was 25th October.
